Jessica - Office Manager
Jessica is an Arizona native and loves our desert landscapes. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2011 where she started her dental career as a dental assistant. Her passion for dental care and our patients is her driving force to grow in her field.
Jessica resides in Gilbert with her husband and son. When she’s not in the office her hobbies are DIY home renovations, home decorating, traveling, Bunco, trying new restaurants, spending time with family/friends, going to concerts/music festivals, and her favorite country two-step dancing with her husband.
Kim - Dental Hygienist
Kim is a native of Arizona. She was born and raised in Mesa and comes from a family of 6 children. She earned her hygiene degree from Mesa Community College in 2014. She was an assistant before becoming a hygienist and has been in the dental field for 10 years. She is part of a dental hygiene study group and loves to learn new things. She is anesthesia and laser certified. She loves connecting with patients and helping them achieve optimal oral health.
Kim and Aaron have been married for nearly 8 years. Kim has 3 children Sadie (18), Tiegan (15), and little Rylee who just turned 4. She loves being a mother and enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, reading, hiking, decorating, and going to the beach whenever possible. She loves exploring the outdoors and enjoying beautiful Arizona.
Kim has a passion for what she does and loves the comfortable, friendly atmosphere of Oasis Family Dentistry and Orthodontics. She enjoys the individual, customized treatment that is offered to each patient from the team at Oasis Family Dentistry and Orthodontics that makes each person feel "at home".
Celina - Dental Hygienist
Celina is a native to Arizona and loves the incredible weather and scenery. She started her career as a dental assistant in 2013, but her passion began when she was just a child in the dental chair. She continued to expand her knowledge in the dental field and graduated from Pima Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene.
Her other passions and interests are her children Belen, Sophia, Jacinto, and Emilia. They are her biggest source of happiness and motivation. Her goals are to travel, ride in a hot air balloon, and to retire next to the beach.
Makenzie - Dental Hygienist
Born and raised in Murray, Utah, Makenzie was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry by her mom, a dedicated hygienist. She graduated from Carrington College in 2020 and has since loved building meaningful relationships with her patients while helping them achieve healthy smiles.As the youngest of three with two older brothers, Makenzie is incredibly close with her family—especially her 7-year-old nephew. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts and music festivals, embracing her love for music both as a fan and as a classically trained pianist.
Monica - Dental Hygienist
Born in San Antonio and raised in Tucson, Monica’s interest in dentistry was sparked by a positive orthodontic experience during her youth. That inspiration stayed with her and grew stronger when she started her own family, ultimately leading her to pursue dental assisting at Pima Community College and dental hygiene at Phoenix College.
Monica is passionate about patient-centered care and finds joy in teaching others how to care for their oral health—and how it connects to their overall well-being.
Outside of work, Monica loves spending time with her two kids, Jacob and Emmy. Jacob is all about Legos and art, while Emmy is a strong-willed girly-girl hitting new milestones every day. Monica enjoys roller skating, bike riding, and going on adventures with her little ones. Fun fact: she’s a big fan of crossword puzzles!
Jenn - Dental Hygienist
Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Jenn’s fascination with teeth started early and only deepened after experiencing TMJ pain firsthand. Her journey led her to Pima Community College, where she turned her passion for oral health and education into a meaningful career in the dental field.
Jenn’s favorite part of the job is connecting with patients and helping them truly understand their own health. She believes education is empowerment, and she loves being part of that journey for every person she meets.
Outside of work, Jenn enjoys time with her loving parents and their feisty border collie, who keeps the whole family on their toes.
Maribel - Dental Assistant
Maribel was born in Phoenix and is the oldest of 6 siblings. She attended Phoenix College and earned her Associates Degree in Applied Science in Dental Assisting. She originally decided to pursue dental assisting because she always had a fear of the dentist and wanted to overcome that fear. We’re happy to say that she no longer fears going to the dentist and instead loves it! Her favorite part of her job is talking with patients, getting to know them, and helping them achieve their dream smiles.
Maribel loves spending time with her dog, Pepper, as well as her family and friends. Her favorite vacation destination is Las Vegas. She also truly loves working, and likes to spend most of her time doing that!
Haydee - Dental Assistant
Born in Sonora, Mexico, and raised in Arizona, Haydee developed her passion for dentistry early on. Growing up in a Hispanic household without dental insurance, she fondly remembers the little bus that visited her elementary school to provide cleanings and oral health education—an experience that inspired her lifelong love for dentistry. She attended EVIT and is dedicated to helping patients regain both function and confidence in their smiles.
Haydee is a proud mom of two boys, Isaiahs and David, who love to play and read. Her family recently welcomed a new kitty after the loss of their dog, Hershey.
In her free time, she enjoys journaling and expressing her creative side through art. Fun fact: Haydee has a meme for every occasion!"
Maria - Dental Assistant
Maria was born in California and raised in Arizona. She's your go-to for dental care because she believes that a smile says a lot about a person. Her journey in dentistry began with this fascination, leading her to study at Pima Medical Institute.
While Maria enjoys all aspects of her job, her absolute favorite moment is taking off braces and revealing a beautifully aligned smile. Beyond her career, Maria is a devoted mother to her two-year-old son Carlos and has a furry friend named Coco.
In her downtime, Maria loves to bake, adding sweetness to life both in and out of the dental clinic. With Maria, you're not just a patient; you're part of her mission to make the world smile, one person at a time.
Austyn - Dental Assistant
Originally from Gallup, New Mexico, Austyn found her way into the dental field in an unexpected but life-changing way. After working in a mortgage call center, she landed a front desk job at an orthodontic office, where the team inspired her to pursue dental assisting. She took the leap and enrolled in Dental Staff School in Knoxville, Tennessee—and has never looked back.
Austyn loves making a difference in people’s lives, whether it’s helping them find relief, boosting their confidence, or educating them about the importance of oral health. With a passion for the human body and a gift for connecting with others, she brings energy and care to every patient interaction.
Outside of work, Austyn is a boxer, a creative soul who loves arts and crafts, and a gamer. She’s incredibly close with her big, blended family and loves spending time training or crafting with them. Fun fact: despite her light complexion, Austyn is proudly Mexican and knows a bit of Spanish—her last name is Terán, accent and all!
Rajae - Patient Care Coordinator
An Arizona native, Rajae chose the dental field as a stable and rewarding career path and has never looked back. After completing dental assisting school in the White Mountains, she found her passion in patient care, ensuring every visit is a positive experience.Outside of work, Rajae loves spending time with her close-knit family—especially her mom, who is also her best friend. With three brothers keeping life interesting, she embraces fun and adventure through movies, pottery painting, shopping, arcade games, road trips, and, of course, great food!
Sheydden - Sterilization Technician
Born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, Sheydden has always been passionate about making a positive impact—especially when it comes to changing the way kids feel about going to the dentist. With a heart for helping others and a love for building confidence in those around her, she knew the dental field was the right path.
Sheydden’s favorite part of the job is the people—both the patients and the team. She thrives in supportive, friendly environments and loves gaining new skills she can carry into a successful future.
She has three sisters, two cats, and a very close-knit, goofy family that thrives when they’re all together.
When she’s not working or studying, Sheydden enjoys lake and pool days, painting and drawing, making creative content, dancing, and spending quality time with her girlfriends.
Booker
Booker is our sweet dental dog who is known for being a good boy. He is a mini-goldendoodle who loves to cuddle, play fetch, nap, get his belly rubbed, and eat treats. His favorite part of working in our dental office is saying hi to all of the patients and bringing a smile to everyone's faces! 🙂
